Relax in our charming breakfast room that overlooks the front lawn and further to the fields of grazing cows, and if you’re lucky, a wild rabbit or even maybe a fox whilst your breakfast is being freshly prepared.

Local produce of your choice for a delicious cooked breakfast is requested the evening before and is prepared and served at the time you would like to eat – between 7am and 9am although other times can be arranged by request.
We source eggs from the local farm – Abbey Leys as well as organic mushrooms and tomatoes. Your eggs can be fried, poached, scrambled or boiled or in an omelette if you prefer, (maybe with a little cheese?).
- Back bacon and Cumberland sausages come from Waugh Butchers
- Heinz baked beans
- Finest quality Bury Black Pudding – award winning and cooked the ‘proper’ way – boiled, a Northern tradition.
- Our bread comes from the specialty bakers - Sextons in Lymm, baked to perfection after being weighed and measured.
- A variety of jams and marmalade is on the table to complement your toast – brown or white.
We can cater for vegetarians if we are informed when the room is booked.
Wine is available or we have an extensive range of local beers brewed at Dunham Massey Brewery – voted the best brewery in England in 2008.
